Library

With a total space of 59,000 square meters, the university library has a collection of more than 6,260,000 volumes. In addition, the library has introduced over 236 electronic databases of 56 kinds in all disciplines, including over 100,000 e-books, over 9,000 full-text Chinese journals and over 8,000 full-text journals in different foreign languages.

Affiliated Hospitals

The university has six hospitals affiliated to it, including three general hospitals, one gynecology and obstetrics hospital, one pediatric hospital and one stomatology hospital. In additional to providing excellent medical service for people all over Zhejiang Province, the hospitals also serve as teaching and research bases of medical science, conducting edge-cutting research projects such as early diagnosis and immunotherapy of cancer, emergency medicine, neurosurgery and cataract surgery.
